Mihiret, (Mercy) planned everything to perfection and Habtu, our driver for the trip, was just amazing - knowledgeable on just about any aspect of Ethiopian history and culture, great company and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things were tailored to our interests and needs. Simien Ethiopia Tours are very skilled at crafting bespoke itineraries, adding flights if required to reduce long-distance drives, and offering a range of accommodation, meal and guide options. We opted for upmarket hotels, all meals included and local (not federal) guides, which met our needs perfectly. Mihiret is lovely to work with in advance to get everything in place and happy to be contacted via WhatsApp, then greets you at the airport to take you to your hotel, and stays in touch throughout the tour to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.   A great company to hire for your Ethiopian travel  - We are just back from 3 weeks in Ethiopia, having arranged a custom tour for two people through Mihiretab. Our trip included Simien trekking, Gheralta churches, the Danakil Depression,... read more and Awash park. From the first contacts, Mihiretab was super responsive to all our questions and ideas, and would respond at any time, day or night. Once in country, he was always available and would call us frequently as we went from place to place & guide to guide. I discovered that he was constantly checking in with our guides, and was always informed on our travels. In addition, he was so helpful with the smaller issues of the trip (Sim cards; lost items; etc). All the segments of our trip went smoothly and we were very well taken care of. And he is a really nice guy, who is fun to hang out with.
